North Ward

A residential area for the city’s middle class, the North Ward is known for its well-kept homes, quiet streets, and respectable reputation. The wealthiest merchants and prominent professionals often live here, though it lacks the sheer grandeur of Sea Ward. It is also home to some of Waterdeep’s parks and green spaces.
